Redemption proceeds and other payments are being mailed via Canada Posts as of July 6, 2011Chwques that were sent by courier to your Investors Group region office prior to July 6, 2011 will continue to be distributed by your Consultant, except for unclaimed cheques which will now mailed directly to clients from the region office.
